The Skyhawks have been lights out when they have a lead late in the game. They post a 12-0 record when they are ahead after five innings.

The Skyhawks recently smashed 22 hits in route to scoring a season high 17 runs against the Les Capitales de Quebec on June 22.

Batting League Leaders Skyhawks Notables

Alex Frazier is 7th in the league in batting with a .340 average. In 26 games, Frazier has compiled 33 hits in 97 at bats. Along with his four home runs, he also has 18 RBI's.

Walter Young is second in the league with 26 RBI's. For the year, Young is batting .282 with 29 hits in 103 at bats.

Ron Perodin has had two 10 game hitting streaks so far this season. From May 26th-June 4th Perodin carried the Skyhawks, batting .317 with 13 hits in 41 at bats, his on base percentage was .364. Perodin, not happy with his first hitting streak wanted more, from June 7th-June 18th he put together another 10 game hitting streak. This time Perodin batted .386 with 17 hits in 44 at bats; in the process he scored 11 runs. His on base percentage was .483.

Perodin had his 14 game road-hitting streak ended on June 20th. From May 26th-June 20th Perodin produced 18 hits in 59 at bats with 10 runs scored. His on base percentage was .339.

Alex Frazier had a 10 game road-hitting streak from May 26th- June 12th. Frazier batted a blazing .475 with 19 hits in 40 at bats. He scored 10 runs to go alone with his four homeruns. Frazier had a torrid on base percentage of .500 during that stretch.

On Base Streaks

Jorge Moreno had reached base safely in 22 consecutive games from May 26th-June-14th. During that span he batted .313 with six doubles, two homeruns and 13 walks. His on base percentage was .427.
