CHICAGO - The Sky used a commanding offensive attack at Allstate Arena to cruise to a 101-82 victory over the Connecticut Sun, their largest margin of victory of the season. The Sky knocked off the Sun for the second time in just ten days.

Chicago scored on three of their first five possessions to build an early lead. Tamera Young led the early surge scoring 9 of the Sky's first 14 points. The Sun battled their way back, taking a two-point lead with 3:20 left in the first quarter. The teams traded buckets for the rest of the first quarter with the Sky regaining the lead 26-23 to close the first quarter.

The Sun turned up the defensive heat to start the second quarter, and used that pressure to gain a quick lead. Allie Quigley connected on a three pointer to give the Sky back a slim lead. She finished the game with 15 points tying a career high. Courtney Clements provided a huge spark off the bench, scoring five straight points to give the Sky a seven-point lead at the midway point of the second quarter, a lead that the Sky extended to ten points by the end of the quarter, taking a 51-41 advantage into the locker room at halftime.

The Sky came out of the break extending their ten-point halftime lead to sixteen in the first two minutes of the third quarter. The Sky never let the lead dip below 10 the rest of the game.

Chicago's offense exploded in the fourth quarter, steadily building their lead to 24 points with 2:27 left in the game and finished the game on cruise control.

The Sky reached the century mark for the first time since May 27, 2013, in their 101-82 victory.

Elena Delle Donne rebounded from a tough shooting night against Minnesota to score a season- high 28 points, Jessica Breland stuffed the stat sheet, setting career highs with 18 points and six assists, along with 10 rebounds and five blocks. Courtney Vandersloot set a career high and Sky franchise record for assists in a game with 13 assists.

Chicago plays again Friday, June 6 at 7:30pm at Allstate Arena, hosting Naperville Central star Candace Parker and the Los Angeles Sparks for 'Police and Fire Night' presented by Motorola Solutions.
