Skeeters to Open 6-Game Homestand Featuring Patriotic-Themed Hat Giveaway

SUGAR LAND, TX - The Skeeters open a six-game homestand starting Tuesday, June 25, and ending Sunday, June 30, with the High Point Rockers making their first-ever trip to Constellation Field.

Tuesday, June 25 (7:05 p.m.)

Constellation Field will be hosting a balloon release in memory of Maleah Davis prior to Tuesday's series opener. The balloon release will take place on the field at approximately 6:50 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets at sugarlandskeeters.com or by calling the TDECU Ticket office at 281-240-HITS with the promo code "MALEAH" and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Child Advocates.

Friday, June 28 (7:05 p.m.)

The Skeeters will be holding their Women's Veterans Night, sponsored by Grace After Fire. The team will be honoring 11 women's veterans with on-field displays throughout the contest. Several of the women's veterans set to be honored will propel into center field at Constellation Field from a helicopter prior to first pitch. The Skeeters will be wearing special-edition patriotic-themed jerseys (pictured in attachment) that will be auctioned off during the game, with proceeds donated to Grace after Fire. Military vehicles will also be on display before and during the game out in front of Constellation Field. Following the game, the Skeeters will be holding their annual Friday Fireworks show. Fans who present a military identification card at the TDECU Ticket Office for Friday's game can purchase $8 field box tickets.

Saturday, June 29 (6:05 p.m.)

The Skeeters will be giving away patriotic-themed Skeeters hats (pictured in attachment), courtesy of WellCare | Texan Plus. The first 2,000 fans in attendance at Constellation Field will receive the patriotic-themed hat giveaway, with gates opening at 5 p.m.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26 (7:05 p.m.): Dollar Dog Wednesday and White Claw Wednesday (discounted White Claw Hard Seltzers)

THURSDAY, JUNE 27 (11:05 a.m.): Thirty Thursday, featuring $2 beers and sodas

SUNDAY, JUNE 30 (6:05 p.m.): Sunday Funday, featuring pregame autographs with Skeeters players and coaches and post-game Kids Run the Bases, sponsored by Dr. Larry Caldwell, DDS. It will also be Swatson's birthday, featuring mascot appearances from organizations around the Greater Houston area.

The Skeeters, winners of the 2018 Atlantic League Championship, begin their eighth season of play in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball at Constellation Field. Individual tickets, season tickets and mini-plans for the 2019 season are currently available and can be purchased by visiting sugarlandskeeters.com, the TDECU Ticket Office at Constellation Field, or by calling the Skeeters at 281-240-4487.
