The Skeeters are now 35-31 and two games behind York for 1st place in the Freedom Division.

The Skeeters received some much needed help in the top of the 9th when Robert Carson's wild pitch allowed Josh Prince to score, giving Sugar Land the game-winning run. Roy Merritt again failed to pick up the decision, but had another solid night on the mound, going six innings, giving up only one run on five hits with two strikeouts.
