
Skeeters Fall Behind Early, Lose 7-3

Sugar Land Space Cowboys News Release
On Wednesday Night Sugar Land fell behind early and would not recover losing to York by a 7-3 final. Scott Elarton gave up six runs over the first two innings, including two homeruns and York lead 6-0. Elarton settled down allowing one run over the next four innings and went six, but the Skeeters could not recover. Aaron Bates drove in two of the three Sugar Land runs; as they go on to lose by that final of 7-3, with the series now tied at one a piece.
Up Next : In Game 3 the final game of this three game set, Sugar Land sends out RHP Adam Miller (1-1, 2.11) vs. LHP Rick Zagone (0-0, 4.50).
