March 3, 2020 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Louisville City FC News Release
LOUISVILLE, KY - All single-match seats allotted for Louisville City Football Club's April 11 USL Championship Home Opener have sold out.
"Our Home Opener is going to be an incredible event for our city," Louisville City Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mitch Ried said. "When we made single-match tickets available to the public on Thursday morning, fans bought 400 tickets in the first five minutes and we saw steady ticket sales throughout the next few days."
Today's announcement means the best way to secure a seat for Louisville City's USL Championship Home Opener on April 11 is to become a Season Ticket Member. Louisville City has held less than 800 seat locations for future Season Ticket Members. Those tickets can be obtained by calling 502-LOU-CITY or by visiting LouCity.com.
Louisville City's USL Championship Home Opener will be the first major event in Lynn Family Stadium, a sparkling new soccer-specific stadium built just East of downtown in the Butchertown neighborhood. Lynn Family Stadium is the largest soccer-specific stadium in the region with seating locations for 11,700 fans.
Enthusiasm surrounding Louisville City's new soccer-specific stadium continues to escalate as its April 11 Opening Day draws closer. In November, the club announced a new all-time record for Season Ticket Members, surpassing the previous high set in 2019. As of the beginning of March, Louisville City fans had sold out more than 20 full sections of tickets.
Season Tickets are available through the following Virtual Tour link or by calling 502-LOU-CITY. Link: SELECT YOUR SEAT in Lynn Family Stadium
