Single-Game Tickets on Sale September 8

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings, the longest continually operating professional sports franchise in the greater Memphis area, have announced today that single-game tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, September 8. Single-game tickets are available by visiting the Landers Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster outlets.

To go along with single-game tickets going on sale for the first time this year, the RiverKings have announced they are introducing a "Watch the Weather" special for their home opener on October 23. The registered high temperature on Monday, September 7 will then be used as a discount for one day only (September 8) for single-game tickets to the RiverKings home opener.

If the high temperature on Monday is 90 degrees, then anyone purchasing single-game tickets on Tuesday for the home opener will receive 90% off on any ticket level (green, red, gold and blue-level tickets). This offer is only valid on Tuesday, September 8 on tickets bought for the home opener through the RiverKings Front Office. Fans can purchase "Watch the Weather" tickets in person at the RiverKings Front Office or by calling 662-342-1755. A $2 service charge will be applied to all orders over the phone after the "Watch the Weather" discount has been applied. Fans may purchase a maximum of eight "Watch the Weather" tickets on September 8.

Single-game prices remain the same from 2014-15. Groups of 15 or more people will receive a discount on tickets by calling 662-342-1755.

The Mississippi RiverKings are proud to be the longest, continually operating sports franchise in the Memphis area, as they begin their 24th season in 2015. The home opener is scheduled for Friday, October 23 at the Landers Center. Groups of 15 or more who purchase a group for that night will receive an identical group package to any other regular season game for free.
