FORT MILL, S.C. - March 25, 2008 - Baseball is just weeks away and the Charlotte Knights are inviting the fans to come out to the ballpark and get ready with the annual Knights Fest. This year Knights Fest is set for Saturday, April 5th from 10 a.m. - 2p.m. at Knights Stadium and is open to the public. This year's events are as follows:
- National Anthem Auditions- 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. (If you want to audition, registration is at 9:30 am)
- Stadium tours are available throughout the day
- Inflatables will be out on the concourse all day for kids to play on
- Come take batting practice from 12 - 2 p.m.
- Free hot dogs, hamburgers and soft drinks will be served at the Hebrew National Grill, located on the 3rd base side
- Individual game tickets for the 2008 season will also be on sale
Homer the Dragon will be out mixing and mingling with everyone. This is a great time for season ticket holders to come pick up their tickets as well.
