
Sidewinders Return Home To Host Sacramento And Las Vegas

Tucson, AZ - The Tucson Sidewinders will host the division rival Sacramento RiverCats and the Las Vegas 51s for the first time this season in an 8-game homestand beginning Friday, May 23rd at Tucson Electric Park. The team will take on the Triple-A affiliates of the Oakland Athletics and the Los Angeles Dodgers during a homestand that features the Sidewinders Hat Giveaway, Fireworks Friday and Thirsty Thursday.
The homestand will burst into action on Friday, May 23rd with the first of two Fireworks Fridays. On Saturday, May 24th the first 1500 fans with paid admission will receive a baseball cap of their favorite hometown club during the Sidewinders Hat Giveaway. The homestand also features Thirsty Thursday on May 29th.
Tucson is 4-3 on their current 8-game homestand, which will culminate tonight in Portland at 7:05 p.m. The game will air live on COOL 1450 AM beginning at 6:55 p.m.
