
Sidewinders Postponed In Colorado Springs Again

Tucson, AZ - The Saturday, April 7th game between the Tucson Sidewinders and Colorado Springs Sky Sox has been postponed due to snow and icy conditions at Security Service Field. A make-up date for the game has yet to be determined. The Sidewinders and Sky Sox were postponed for the second consecutive day due to winter weather conditions. Friday's game will be made up during Tucson's next trip to Colorado Springs as part of a doubleheader on Friday, July 13th.
The Sidewinders and Sky Sox will attempt to play the final game of the series tomorrow afternoon. Left-hander Dana Eveland (0-0, 0.00) is scheduled to start for Tucson against righty Ubaldo Jimenez (0-0, 0.00) for Colorado Springs. First pitch is at 12:05 Tucson time. The game can be heard live on COOL 1450 beginning at 11:50.
