
Sibell Snags NAHL No. 1 Play of the Week

Aberdeen Wings goalie Jake Sibell had a dominating performance over the weekend on the road against Fairbanks. On Friday night, he stopped 21-21 shots en route to a 2-0 victory, and Saturday blocked 28 of 28 to lead to an 8-0 victory and an unbelievable fourth consecutive shutout.
Sibell, 21, is currently a perfect 18-0 in 19 games played, shutting out eight opponents so far this season. He claims a 1.01 goals-against average and a .960 save percentage.
A save early in the third period Friday was the #NAHL's No. 1 Top Play of the Week for Jan. 18-24.
