Shreveport-Bossier Captains Game Cancelled

Shreveport-Bossier Captains News Release


SHREVEPORT, LA -The Shreveport-Bossier Captains, presented by U-Auto Pull-It Auto Parts, announced that tonight's game scheduled for 7:05pm, against the Grand Prairie AirHogs, has been cancelled due to unsafe field conditions created by heavy rain this afternoon. Game two, of the four-game series, has been rescheduled to a doubleheader tomorrow with a start time of 6:05pm. Game two will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one.

After this home stand the Captains travel west to Fort Worth for a four-game series against the Cats, which will conclude the 2011 regular season. Single-game tickets are available for purchase in-person or over the phone by visiting the Captains Executive Offices at 2901 Pershing Boulevard at Fair Grounds Field or by calling (318) 636-5555.
