Spokane Shock News Release
The Spokane Shock announced today that their opponent for the March 20th at 7 PM exhibition game has been changed to the Tri-Cities Fever. Originally, the scheduled opponent was supposed to be the Amarillo Dusters - owned by Doug McGregor, who also own the Tri-Cities Fever.
"We appreciate the Fever's willingness to adjust their pre-season schedule to accommodate this game," General Manager Adam Nebeker said. "This game will be an excellent way to prepare for our season opener and another chapter in our rivalry with the Fever. "
This will be the second consecutive season that the Shock and the Fever have faced off against each other in an exhibition game. The Shock and the Fever will now face each other four times during the exhibition and regular season in 2008.
Tickets for the exhibition game are on sale now and can be purchased through TicketsWest.
