Jacksonville Sharks News Release

JACKSONVILLE - The 2019 National Arena League Champion Jacksonville Sharks have announced their partnership with 1010XL Radio to be the sports radio partner for the Sharks 2020 season. 1010 XL Sports radio will promote the Sharks weekly throughout the 2020 season, hosting live one-on-one interviews with Sharks Head Coach James Fuller, as well as other Sharks staff every Tuesday at 9 a.m. during the regular season. The Sharks continue to dominate in arena football after winning two of the last three NAL Championships and look to earn number three in 2020.

1010 XL is the only station in Jacksonville that covers local sports and major Florida teams throughout the entire day. Before rebranding in 2007 as 1010 XL, the station has been a sports leader in Jacksonville since 1947 as WJXL. Much like 1010 XL, the Sharks are a powerhouse in their field as well. Since being established in 2009, the Sharks have won three league championships, four conference championships, and four division championships.

Listen to 1010 XL to get Sharks updates every week, and tune in every Tuesday at 9 a.m. to hear Head Coach James Fuller go live on the air throughout the season. While there will not be a radio broadcast of every game, you can watch all of the Sharks games, both home and away, on YouTube Live. The Jacksonville Sharks home opener is Saturday, April 25th, against the Massachusetts Pirates. Season tickets are on sale now for as little as $6 per game.
