Glens Falls, NY - Jamie McGinn scored a power play goal with :11 seconds remaining and Alex Stalock made 28 saves in net as the Sharks defeated the Adirondack Phantoms 3-2 in Glens Falls on Saturday night.

Andrew Desjardins gave the Sharks a 1-0 lead after a quick snap shot from the right circle found the back of the net at 3:08 after a nice entry into the zone by Dan DaSilva. Sharks defenseman Danny Groulx added an assist on the only score of the opening period.

The Phantoms knotted the score at 1-1 after Andreas Nodl scored in front after a nice rush by Jonathon Kalinski down the right side at 9:09 of the second period. Tempers would flare behind the net of Alex Stalock as the Sharks' Brandon Mashinter fought Garret Klotz out of a ten player scrum. Each received five minutes for fighting and Klotz went to the locker room for repairs.

Alex Stalock made several big saves in the middle period and former Shark Lukas Kaspar hit the crossbar. The score was tied 1-1 after forty minutes of play.

In the third period, Patrick Maroon gave the Phantoms a 2-1 lead after his shot from the right circle snuck through Stalock at 2:27. But the Sharks would tie the score on the power play as Steven Zalewski found the puck in front and backhanded it between the pads of Riopel after the initial shot by Michael Wilson at 12:04.
