Sharks Announce Guaranteed Win Ticket Redemption Information

JACKSONVILLE - The Jacksonville Sharks have announced the details of how fans can receive their free tickets to the team's July 26 home game against the Los Angeles KISS. Shark fans are eligible for these tickets following the Sharks' loss to the New Orleans VooDoo on Monday, July 14.

"I'm sure the national ESPN2 audience enjoyed the down to the wire finish," Sharks Owner and Vice President of Ticketing Steve Curran said. "I thought we had it, but now it's time to pay up and give our fans a chance to come back and see us close out the season against the LA KISS."

Following the team's "Guaranteed Win" promotion at Monday's game, all fans who purchased single-game tickets for the July 14 game against New Orleans are eligible to receive an equivalent number of free tickets to the July 26 game against Los Angeles. Please note that this offer does not apply to fans who received complimentary tickets to the July 14 game.

As current Sharks Season Ticket Holders already have tickets to this game, they will instead receive a voucher for free tickets to a game during the 2015 season. This voucher will be included in their 2015 season ticket package.

Those eligible to receive free tickets to the July 26 game may claim those tickets via one of two ways. First, fans can present either their ticket stub or the credit card that they bought their tickets with at the arena box office. The arena box office is open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from Noon - 7 p.m. on game day. Second, fans may claim their free tickets by calling the Sharks Ticket Office at 904-621-0700. Tickets claimed through the Sharks Ticket Office will be available for pickup at the arena box office will call.

Fans with any questions about this promotion are asked to contact the Sharks Ticket Office at 904-621-0700. The ticket office is open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
