Several Giveaways Highlight Final Homestand Of 2005

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Indians return to Victory Field on Tuesday for their final homestand of 2005. The stretch includes a three-game series against Toledo (Aug. 30-Sept. 1) and two-game set vs. Louisville (Sept. 2-3).

TUES. -- AUG. 30 -- TOLEDO -- 7:00 p.m. ** Pepsi 2-for-1 Night -- Fans receive 2-for-1 admission by presenting a UPC label or can from any Pepsi product.

** Pepperidge Farms Ticket Offer -- Fans receive complimentary admission (a reserved seat) with two empty bags of any Pepperidge Farm fresh bakery rolls or buns.

WED. -- AUG. 31 -- TOLEDO -- 7:00 p.m.

The Indians face International League West Division-leading Toledo in another crucial match-up.

THURS. -- SEPT. 1 -- TOLEDO -- 7:00 p.m.

** Fan Appreciation & Shirt Off Our Back Night -- Lucky fans will take home game-worn Indians jerseys courtesy of WZPL-FM. One lucky fan will also win roundtrip air fare for two courtesy of Southwest Airlines.

** Throwback Uniforms -- The Indians wear retro uniforms every Thursday this season. The hats, jerseys, pants and socks replicate what the Tribe wore from 1948-51, when it was last affiliated with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

FRI. -- SEPT. 2 -- LOUISVILLE -- 7:00 p.m. ** Friday Night Fireworks -- Fans will be treated to a post-game fireworks spectacular courtesy of Pepsi, Reeves Buick-Pontiac, Miller High Life and WFMS-FM.

** Car Giveaway -- One lucky fan will drive away with a new Pontiac G6 courtesy of Reeves Buick-Pontiac.

SAT. -- SEPT. 3 -- LOUISVILLE -- 5:00 p.m.

** Home Finale -- The Indians wrap up their 72-game, regular-season home slate with a tilt against the Bats.

** Veggie Tales -- Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber, from the Veggie Tales, will conduct a meet and greet session throughout the game courtesy of Teresa's Hallmark & Christian Bookstore and WISG-FM "The Song."

** SkyConcert -- Fans are invited onto the Victory Field playing surface after the game for an outstanding view of the downtown SkyConcert fireworks.

** RCA TV Night -- Ten 27-inch televisions will be given away throughout the evening courtesy of RCA.

** Awards Night -- The Tribe's 2005 Most Valuable Player will be recognized and several other individual awards will be handed out during a pre-game ceremony.
