
Seven Home Games Remain As Hounds Fight For Pennant

The RockHounds finished off their regular season road schedule on Monday night with an important win in Frisco. The victory gave the 'Hounds a two game lead as they head back to Citibank Ballpark for the final seven games of the season.
The winner of the second half will face the Missions in the Texas League Divisional Series that starts next Wednesday in San Antonio. If the 'Hounds are able to clinch, they will hosts games 3-5 if necessary on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of next week.
AWARD WINNERS
Adrian Cardenas, Graham Godfrey & Chris Carter have been named to the 2009 Texas League Post-Season All-Star Team, with Carter named the Texas League's Player of the Year. Darren Bush has been named the league's Manager of the Year.
The player-manager co-winners mark the second occurrence in franchise history: Andre Ethier & Von Hayes did it with the 2005 Texas League champion RockHounds.
