(Fort Collins, CO) - The Colorado ICE are proud to announce the re-signing of QB David Knighton.
Knighton is a 6'1", 220 lb quarterback from Harding University. Knighton came to the ICE midway through the 2010 season, starting in eight games for the ICE. In those games Knighton accumulated 1,329 passing yards, 26 passing touchdowns, 119 rushing yards, and 3 touchdowns.
Knighton also finished the season as one of the best quarterbacks in the league finishing 14th in passing yards (1,329), 15th in passing touchdowns (26), 7th in passing yards per game (166.1), 8th in passing touchdowns per game (3.25), and 3rd in passing touchdowns per interception (6.5).
