Washington Wild Things News Release
In 2002 The Wild Things operated Falconi Field at 104% capacity! It looks like 2003 will be a repeat. Season ticket sales have increased, and it looks like we'll have a full stadium again for year two.
Individual game day tickets will go on sale at Falconi Field on Saturday, May 3. Join us for an open house and stick around to watch California University of Pennsylvania take on Clarion University of Pennsylvania in a great baseball rivalry.
If you can't make it to all Wild Things' games, you can tune in on the radio or on the internet. WJPA Radio (95.3 fm) will again be the flagship radio station for the 2003 Wild Things games. Join them each night the Wild Things play (home or away) and enjoy the game! ESPN Radio (1250 am) and Fox Sports Radio (970 am) will each carry a "featured game of the week." And in Wheeling you can hear some of the games on WBBD (1400 am).
If you're out of the listening area and have access to a computer, log on to nsnsports.com and listen to the games over the internet. You don't need to miss a moment of great baseball action via the Wild Things Radio Network!
Fox Sports Net Pittsburgh will carry eight Wild Things games on television in 2003. You can enjoy Wild Action throughout Pennsylvania and beyond when you tune into The Wild Things on television.
The complete radio and television schedule will be posted on the Wild Things website soon!
