BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. -- Comcast SportsNet Chicago is providing a live broadcast of Saturday's Women's Professional Soccer match between the Chicago Red Stars and Atlanta Beat, taking place in Kennesaw, Ga.
The match kicks off at 6 p.m. CT as Chicago faces Atlanta for the second time in three games. CSN Chicago is scheduled to re-air the match at 1 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday, as well.
In the first matchup between the two clubs, Chicago and Atlanta played to a scoreless draw on June 6 at Toyota Park. The Red Stars (2-4-3) are in the midst of a three-game unbeaten run, and they are coming off a come-from-behind 2-2 road draw against the Washington Freedom, which included two unanswered goals from Brazilian forward Cristiane.
Atlanta, which joined the league earlier this year, still is in search of its first win with a 0-5-2 record. But the Beat have a revamped lineup led by U.S. Women's National Team goalkeeper Hope Solo.
This Saturday marks Chicago's second match of a four-game road swing.
The Chicago Red Stars are members of Women's Professional Soccer and play their home games at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Ill. The Red Stars are playing in their second season in WPS.
