
Sand Gnats to celebrate Cancer Survivors Sunday

SAVANNAH, Ga. - Sunday, June 4 will feature a National Cancer Survivors Day celebration during the Gnats' 2:05 p.m. game against the Braves. The celebration will include a commemorative tree planting outside the stadium with a tree courtesy of Savannah Turf and Nursery.
The Sand Gnats will honor survivors during the seventh inning stretch. The festivities will also feature balloons and carnations donated by John Davis Florist and two celebratory cakes donated by Bakers Pride.
