San Jose Barracuda Announce Opening Night Roster

SAN JOSE - The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda) presented by Barracuda Networks (@barracuda) and Barracuda General Manager Joe Will announced today the starting roster in anticipation for the San Jose Barracuda's regular season opening game on Friday, October 9 at the SAP Center vs. the Rockford IceHogs at 7:30pm.

Earlier today, the Barracuda loaned forward Daniel Doremus and defenseman Rick Pinkston to the Allen Americans of the ECHL.

The San Jose Barracuda's regular season roster consists of 24 players (15 forwards, seven defensemen, and two goaltenders. Click HERE for the complete roster.

Forwards (15): #11 Bryan Lerg, #17 John McCarthy, #23 Frazer McLaren, #38 Micheal Haley, #40 Ryan Carpenter, #52 Adam Helewka, #53 Nikita Jevpalovs, #55 Petter Emanuelsson, #67 Vincent Arseneau, #68 Melker Karlsson, #73 Chris Crane, #77 Scott Timmins, #82 Nikolay Goldobin, #84 Trevor Parkes, #86 Jeremy Langlois

Head Coach Roy Sommer announced that forward Bryan Lerg will be captain while forward John McCarthy will serve as an alternate captain this season.
