Goaltender Ville Husso Records Rampage Season-High 43 Saves

SAN ANTONIO -Goaltender Ville Husso stopped 43 of 44 shots on Ugly Holiday Sweater Night as the San Antonio Rampage (15-10-2-0) defeated the Rockford IceHogs (15-10-1-1) 2-1 in a shootout on Friday at the AT&T Center.

After more than 28 minutes of scoreless action Julien Nantel got the Silver and Black on the board at 8:27 when he took a shot that deflected off of netminder Jeff Glass' skate and into the net.

Andreas Martinsen notched the game at one at 17:53 of the second period after finding some open space and sending the puck over Husso's right shoulder.

After a scoreless third and overtime period, David Warsofsky landed the lone shootout goal of the evening while Husso turned away all three of Rockford's attempt in San Antonio's 2-1 victory.
