San Antonio FC Plays FC Tulsa to 1-1 Draw in Preseason Friendly

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio FC drew FC Tulsa 1-1 this afternoon in a 60-minute preseason friendly.

Justin Dhillon scored for SAFC, coming off of an assist from Connor Maloney in the 14th minute. Tulsa scored to level it in the 49th minute.

After the first 60 minutes, the SAFC academy played in two 30-minute halves against Tulsa, falling 0-6 to the USL Championship squad.

Next Up

San Antonio FC will head to El Paso to take on Locomotive FC on Saturday, February 25 for the second of three preseason friendlies.

"It was amazing. I Was so happy to be back on the field with the guys. It's very different in a [training] session versus the game. I know it's not the season yet, but it's a game. For us it doesn't matter if it's a preseason game or a season game. For us every game we go 100 percent to win. So it was very special for me to be back with the guys."
