SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, the NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, announced today the team has acquired forward Shonn Miller and waived guard Michael Qualls.
Miller (6-7, 215, Connecticut) played with the Greensboro Swarm for the 2016-17 season and appeared in 45 games (nine starts), averaging of 4.9 points and 3.5 rebounds in 15.6 minutes per contest.
The 24-year-old completed his college career at the University of Connecticut during the 2015-16 season, appearing in 36 games (all starts) and averaged 12.3 points and 5.2 rebounds.
Qualls played in 18 games (one start) for the Stars this season and averaged 8.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 19.4 minutes per game.
