Salt Lake City Stars Acquire Jaelen House in Trade with the San Diego Clippers

SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, announced today that the team has acquired the rights to guard Jaelen House from the San Diego Clippers in exchange for the rights to guard Max Klesmit and forward Cameron McGriff.

About Jaelen House

House (6-0, 165, New Mexico) appeared in 53 games (3 starts) over two seasons (2024-26) for the San Diego Clippers, averaging 13.8 points, 4.9 assists, and 2.4 rebounds in 20.2 minutes per game.

Appeared in 32 games (3 starts) in his second season for San Diego during the 2025-26 season, averaging 17.3 points, 6.2 assists, and 2.8 rebounds in 24.8 minutes per contest.

Went undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft after playing his first two collegiate seasons at Arizona State (2019-21) before transferring to New Mexico, where he played three seasons for the Lobos (2021-24).

Named the 2024 Mountain West Tournament MVP and the Reese's College All-Star Game MVP, along with earning 2024 Mountain West All-Tournament team honors.

Is the son of former NBA player Eddie House.
