Salmon Kings Present "Armed Forces Night"

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Salmon Kings, proud affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose, announced today that the team is hosting "Canadian Armed Forces Night" on Saturday, November 6th versus the Idaho Steelheads.
Join the Salmon Kings as we pay tribute to the Canadian Armed Forces and celebrate the Navy Centennial. Fans are encouraged to show up for the game early, as the first 1,000 fans into the arena will receive a free Naden Band CD. Also, great Military displays and exhibits will take over the concourse area of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, including computer flight simulators, an EOD robot and other various interactive displays. In addition, the Military Family Resource Centre will be hosting the night's 50/50 draw, with all proceeds supporting their cause of improving the quality of life for military families.
The Salmon Kings will also be wearing commemorative Navy Centennial jerseys for the evening, with a limited number to be auctioned off.
