Saints acquire center in trade with Topeka

San Angelo, TX – The San Angelo Saints of the Central Hockey League (CHL) are proud to announce they have acquired center Jonathan Dubois from the Topeka Tarantulas for future considerations at the end of 2004-2005 season.

Dubois, a 5'9" 180 pound center from Drummondville, Quebec played in 24 games this season for Topeka, where he had 9 goals and 10 assist and 104 penalty minutes so far this season. Before playing for the Tarantulas, Dubois, played with the Oklahoma City Blazers, where in 28 games played over the last two seasons, he scored 6 goals and 4 assists and had 88 penalty minutes.

"We are looking forward to having Jonathan join the team," quoted Head Coach Ray Edwards. He is a great player that will help us on our road to the playoffs, a place he has been many times." Dubois will report to the Saints tomorrow and should be on the ice playing as the Saints host the Amarillo Gorillas Wednesday night at the Sanctuary.
