CALGARY - The Saddledome will once again come alive this playoff season. This Saturday, May 10 at 7:30 p.m., the 'Dome will see the Calgary Roughnecks host the Portland Lumberjax in what will be an undoubtedly ferocious playoff final.
The Calgary Roughnecks having just come off their 15-13 win against the Colorado Mammoth will see the Portland Lumberjax fly in for the Saturday game. Portland needed to beat San Jose today to bring the Final to the Saddledome.
The Roughnecks are getting hot as they are now on a four game winning streak, something that mimics their 2004 Championship season.
Tickets for what will be the match of the year will go on sale Monday, May 5 at 9:00 a.m. Calgary has not won Champions cup since 2004.
Practice schedules and media opportunities to soon follow. Whether ShawTV will broadcast the game will be determined shortly.
