SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Tickets for Sacramento Republic FC's 2016 Second Round Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup match, go on sale to the general public on Thursday, Apr. 21, at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com

Republic FC will enter the U.S. Open Cup on May 18, in a Second Round matchup against the winner of the San Francisco City FC (PDL) vs

CD Aguiluchos USA (NPSL) First Round match which will be played on May 11. Kickoff to the Second Round match is 7:30 p.m. PT.

Last year, Sacramento Republic FC advanced to the Fourth Round of the U.S. Open Cup by defeating Sonoma County Sol (NPSL) 4-2 on May 20, 2015 and Chula Vista FC (SoCal Premier League) 7-3 on May 27, 2015, but were knocked out of contention after a dramatic 6-5 penalty shootout defeat in the Fourth Round against the San Jose Earthquakes (MLS) on June 16, 2015.
