
Sacramento Republic FC to Host U.S. Women's National Team Watch Party

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (December 15, 2015) - Sacramento Republic FC will host a watch party for the U.S. Women's National Team vs. China PR match on Wednesday, December 16. During the match, Hot Italian will be running a $25 special that includes two beers and a pizza. Proceeds from the special will benefit Street Soccer USA Sacramento, a non-profit that works to help homeless men, women and youth through innovative sports-based solutions to eradicate homelessness and poverty in the United States. Sacramento Republic FC recently announced its partnership with Street Soccer USA to establish an official local chapter.
The match is the farewell match for legendary USWNT forward Abby Wambach who will retire after the match. Wambach's 184 international goals are the most of any player, man or woman, to ever play the game.
