
Ryan Named PCL Hitter of the Week

Metairie, LA - New Orleans Zephyrs outfielder Michael Ryan was named the Pacific Coast League's Hitter of the Week for April 20-26, it was announced Monday.
In six games during the week, Ryan batted .476 (10-for-21) with four doubles, two home runs and four RBI. He also scored five runs and compiled a .952 slugging percentage.
The 31-year-old, in his second season in the Florida Marlins organization, is currently fifth in the PCL with a .394 batting average. His eight doubles is tied for the league lead.
Albuquerque's Eric Milton was named the PCL's Pitcher of the Week.
