Running Back Headed to Tulsa

Tulsa, Okla. - Tulsa Oilers Football, proud member of the IFL, announced that former CIF running back, Billy Reagins Jr. has been signed for the 2024 season.
Reagins Jr.put up stellar numbers for the Southwest Kansas Storm during the 2022-23 season in the CIF. The former Sunflower State back compiled 336 rushing yards in 10 games with seven rushing scores to his name. The 24-year-old helped in the passing game by picking up 16 receptions out of the backfield for 78 yards. Kick returns are not unfamiliar, the new Oiler also gained 445 yards off returns in 24 attempts with one touchdown via special teams.
Prior to his professional accolades, the 6'2, 220 lbs. offensive piece attended Howard Payne during his collegiate career. The former Yellow Jacket impressed in his first two seasons with limited reps, before breaking out his senior season, playing 10 games while rushing for 471 yards and six touchdowns. The Tulsa signee performed in 21 games for Howard Payne over three seasons, rushing for 1,078 yards and 18 scores for the American Southwest Conference team.
Tulsa will see its second season begin in 2024.
