After allowing two first-inning runs, Justin Dunn tossed five scoreless and struck out seven. It's Dunn's fourth straight winning start and the Ponies fifth straight with Dunn on the bump. The Rumble Ponies and Thunder conclude their regular season series on Sunday.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Mickey Jannis makes his 16th start of the season, and first against Trenton. Despite giving up just one run over six innings in his last start, Jannis was hit with the loss in a 1-0 Portland win at NYSEG Stadium. The knuckleballer has earned a decision in five straight starts (3-2) and makes his 62nd career Binghamton start on Sunday.

PONY 'PEN: Rumble Ponies relievers have not allowed a run in seven games. During that span, they've tossed 25.0 innings with 24 strikeouts and lowered the bullpen ERA .29 points to a 3.44 clip. Last night, Corey Taylor, Daniel Zamora, and Ryder Ryan tossed three shutout innings, with three strikeouts and no walks.

WASTING NO TIME: Both Trenton and Binghamton have scored in the first inning in each of the first three games of this series. The Rumble Ponies have allowed a first-inning run in four straight games and sport a 15-37 mark when the opponent scores first.

TRENDING UP: Levi Michael finished 2-for-4 with 2 RBI on Saturday, giving him 102 hits this season. He's tied with Akron's Joe Sever for the most hits in the Eastern League. Michael starts Sunday with an above .300 batting average for the first time this season; he has a hit in 11 of the last 12 games.

LIFE IN THE FAST LANE: The Rumble Ponies have played six consecutive games in less than two hours and thirty minutes. Last night, the Ponies topped the Thunder in two hours and twenty six minutes.

PUT A BOW ON IT: Binghamton and Trenton conclude their 14-game regular season series on Sunday. The first six games were played at ARM & HAMMER Park in Trenton, with the final eight at NYSEG Stadium. Trenton holds a seven games to six advantage.

MAKING MOVES: On Saturday, Binghamton placed Rikcy Knapp and Tim Tebow on the disabled list, while Harol Gonzalez was put on the temporary inactive list. Patrick Biondi and Kevin McGowan were transferred from Las Vegas (AAA) to Binghamton (AA) and Will Toffey was acquired in a trade with Oakland (AL), before being transferred to Binghamton (AA).
