
RSL Prepares for Saturday's Visit by New York

SANDY, Utah (Thursday, August 4, 2011) - Real Salt Lake (9-5-6, 33 pts.; 5th in West) will look to recover from rare back-to-back league losses in the friendly confines of Rio Tinto Stadium this Saturday, August 6, when the Claret-and-Cobalt will host the New York Red Bulls (6-5-12, 30 pts.; T-3rd in East). Saturday's match in Sandy will mark the lone home contest for Real Salt Lake in the month of August, to be followed by three straight away contests at Toronto FC (Aug. 13), Houston Dynamo (Aug. 20) and Chivas USA (Aug. 27).
Saturday's Health and Fitness Night in Sandy is presented by XINSURANCE, with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m. MT and the Carnival Real pre-game festival on the stadium's East Lawn starting at 5:00 p.m. Tickets for the East-West contest remain available and can be purchased online at www.RealSaltLake.com, over the phone at 801-727-2700 or in person at the Rio Tinto Stadium Box Office weekdays from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. MT and on gameday beginning at 10:00 a.m.
