Royals to Face Silvertips in First Round of WHL

Victoria, BC- The Victoria Royals will meet the Everett Silvertips in the first round of the WHL Playoffs in a best-of-seven series that begins on Friday, March 24th at the XFINITY Arena in Everett, WA.

The Royals concluded the 2016-17 WHL regular season as the second wildcard team in the Western Conference. The Silvertips meanwhile, finished as the top team in the Western Conference and US Division and will have home ice advantage in the series as a result.

Series Schedule:

Friday, March 24th - Victoria @ Everett - 7:35 p.m.

Saturday, March 25th - Victoria @ Everett - 7:05 p.m.

Tuesday, March 28th - Everett @ Victoria - 7:05 p.m.

Wednesday, March 29th - Everett @ Victoria - 7:05 pm

Friday, March 31st - Victoria @ Everett - 7:35 p.m. (if necessary)

Sunday, April 2nd - Everett @ Victoria - 2:05 p.m. (if necessary)

Tuesday, April 4th - Victoria @ Everett - 7:05 p.m. (if necessary)

This series will mark the first time that the two team have met in the WHL Playoffs.
