
Royals Recruiting Talent to Sing National Anthem

Reading Royals News Release
Reading, PA - The Reading Royals, affiliates of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings and AHL's Manchester Monarchs, announced that they are accepting demo tapes or CD's to sing the National Anthem prior to Royals home games for the 2004-05 season.
Tapes or cd's may be mailed to: Reading Royals Professional Hockey Club, Attention: National Anthem, P.O. Box 1216, Reading, PA 19603-1216. Submissions should include a full name and phone number on the tape/CD and tape/CD case.
To date, the Royals have ten players under contract for the 2004-05 season. Rookie signees are defensemen Simon Mangos, Frederic Belanger, Andrew Nahirniak, Matthew Medley and left wing Colt King. Royals returnees from last season's Northern Division Championship squad include: Defensemen Ian Turner and Dean Arsene along with forwards Peter Hay, David Masse, and leading scorer Graig Mischler.
The Reading Royals are entering their fourth season in Reading, Pennsylvania after relocating from Columbus, Ohio. The Royals enjoyed their first Kelly Cup playoff appearance last season, claiming the Northern Division Title and were one win away from qualifying for the Kelly Cup Finals.
