Rowdies Announce $5,000 Sweepstakes with "3 Minutes to Win it"

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (July 10, 2014) - For one lucky fan, there will be even more than usual riding on the Rowdies' home match performances during the NASL Fall Season, starting this Saturday, July 12 against the Atlanta Silverbacks. If the timing is right, that fan could be in line for a $5,000 payday.

The details: During the first half of the match, one fan will be randomly selected using the unique ticket ID number on his or her ticket and announced by the public address announcer as the potential winner.*

To be eligible, your ticket must be scanned at the stadium entry gates by 7:45 p.m. sharp. Fans entering the stadium after the deadline will be ineligible as the ticket ID pool will have already been closed off.

During the second half of the match, the randomly selected fan will be escorted down to VIP field-side seating to watch and root for the Green and Gold. If the Rowdies score a goal during the 75 to 78 minutes against the Silverbacks, that fan will instantly win $5,000 cash! If the Rowdies do not score, that fan will take home a consolation prize consisting of Rowdies merchandise and tickets for a future match.

The lucky minutes will start at 75:00, representing 1975, the year the original Tampa Bay Rowdies franchise was founded, and end at 78:00, representing 1978, when club legend and current General Manager Perry Van Der Beck was drafted.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The $5,000 3 Minutes to Win It Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") takes place on July 12, 2014 (the "Promotion Period"). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Citrus Sports Group LLC d/b/a Tampa Bay Rowdies, 150 Second Avenue North, Suite 1600, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

At the July 12, 2014 Rowdies home game, all eligible ticket holders who have their ticket scanned for admission by 7:45 p.m. EST ("Entry Cut Off Time") will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Additionally, eligible entrants will have the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes before the match by fully completing an Official Entry Form (incomplete Official Entry Forms are not eligible for the drawing) available at a table placed immediately outside of the main box office at Al Lang Stadium starting at approximately 4:30 p.m. EST and depositing the entry in the entry box available. In the event that there are no Official Entry Forms available, eligible entrants may hand write their complete name, telephone number and date of birth on a plain piece of paper and depositing the entry in the entry box available. All deposit entries must be deposited by the Entry Cut Off Time to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.

After the Entry Cut Off Time, a representative of Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entry from among all of the eligible entries received and will announce either the ticket number associated with the entry drawn or the name on the entry over the PA system in the stadium and at the entry box outside the main box office at Al Lang Stadium. The entrant associated with the entry drawn will then have ten (10) minutes to present him/herself at the Rowdies Customer Service booth in the stadium concourse (in the case of a ticket holder) or to Sponsor's representative at the entry box, or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. WINNER MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The representative of Sponsor will confirm the potential winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before declaring such potential winner the official winner for the match. In the event a potential winner is ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or declines to participate for any reason, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion and time permitting, will attempt to confirm up to five (5) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Additionally, the potential winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents") prior to being declared the winner for the match. In the event a potential winner is a minor, such minor potential winner's parent or legal guardian must be present at the match and must also sign the Prize Claim Documents on such minor potential winner's behalf in order for the minor to be confirmed as an official winner for the match.

Once the winner is confirmed, the winner and up to three (3) members of his/her party will be escorted to seats along the pitch line for the remainder of the match. If, the Rowdies score a goal during minutes 75 to 78 of the match, the official winner will receive $5,000, subject to compliance with these Official Rules. If there is no goal scored by the Rowdies during minutes 75 to 78 of the match, the $5,000 will not be awarded, and the winner will receive a consolation prize. Any winner of a $5,000 prize must complete an IRS W9 form as a condition of receiving the prize.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal U.S. residents are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and all those involved with the execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Prize consists of $5,000 cash. In the event the Rowdies do not score a goal between the 75th and 78th minute of the match, the selected eligible participant will receive a consolation prize of four (4) Rowdies scarves, four (4) Rowdies T-shirts and four (4) general admission tickets to a future Rowdies home game selected by Sponsor with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $252.

GENERAL: No cash alternative or prize substitutions of the consolation prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if the consolation prize or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information whether by Sponsor or by and of its third party service providers. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
