Round Rock Welcomes Iowa Cubs for Four Games

ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Round Rock Express returns from the All-Star break with a four-game set against the Iowa Cubs July 18-21 at Dell Diamond.

The I-Cubs travel to Round Rock for the second time this season, the first since April 8-11. The homestand kicks off on Thursday, July 18 at 7:05 p.m. with the Original Thirsty Thursday, presented by Firetrol, as Dell Diamond will feature $1.00 sodas and discounted draft beers for the series opener. Game two will be Friday night with the return of Budweiser Friday Fireworks to light up the Central Texas sky following the conclusion of the 7:05 p.m. contest. Saturday's game sports a special start time of 6:05 p.m. with the U2 cover band Mysterious Ways following the game with a concert in centerfield as a part of the St. David's Summer Concert Series, presented by Dell. Voted "Best Cover Band" by the Austin Chronicle in the 2009-2010 Music Poll, Mysterious Ways has performed at the House of Blues (Dallas and Houston) as well as for the US Troops at Bagram Air Field in Afghanistan as a part of Operation HOT. The homestand concludes on Sunday, July 21 with a 7:05 p.m. start on H-E-B Kid's Day which includes kiddie train rides, interactive inflatable games, a post-game run of the bases and much more!

Along with 2013 PCL All-Star Chris Rusin, the American Northern Division leading I-Cubs bring two of the Chicago Cubs' top 20 organizational prospects including No. 9 SS Junior Lake and No. 12 OF Jae-Hoon Ha.
