North Little Rock, AR - The Frisco RoughRiders posted a dozen hits and defeated the Arkansas Travelers, 7-4 on Friday night at Dickey-Stephens Park in front of a crowd of 5,533. After jumping to a quick two-run lead in the opening inning, the Travs saw the Riders tie it in the second and then go in front with a four run third inning. Travs starter Connor Jones took the loss being charged with six runs over 4.1 innings. Frisco starter Jack Leiter battled through four innings with five walks but only two runs allowed.
Moments That Mattered
* Jake Scheiner doubled home a pair in the first inning making the Riders pay for a pair of walks.
* David Garcia put Frisco in front in the third with a bases loaded triple.

* Larsen's home run in the fifth inning extended his hitting streak to eight.
