Roughnecks To Partner Up With "Homes For Our Troops"

MIDLAND, TX. : The West Texas Roughnecks announced on Wednesday, April 21, that the team will be partnering up with the non-profit organization "Homes For Our Troops" to help raise money to build homes for injured soldiers returning home. In addition to donating tickets to help support the cause, Roughnecks players will be making a special appearance at Old Navy located at the Midland Park Mall on Friday, April 23 at 5:00 p.m. to sign autographs and help "Homes For Our Troops" raise an estimated goal of $600. "Homes For Our Troops" and Old Navy will be holding raffles for items such as Roughnecks VIP and season tickets starting Friday and lasting through Sunday, April 25. Raffle tickets will cost two dollars and "Home For Our Troops" will be accepting donations throughout this upcoming weekend. The Midland Park Mall is located at 4511 North Midkiff Road in Midland.
"Homes For Our Troops" is a national non-profit organization which was started in 2004. The organization's primary goal is to assist injured Servicemen, Servicewomen and their families, by raising donations of money, building materials and professional labor to coordinate the process of building a home.
