Roughnecks Open 2021 Training Camp

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Roughnecks will begin preparation for the 2021-22 National Lacrosse League season on Friday, Nov. 5, when training camp opens with medicals and fitness evaluations at the Scotiabank Saddledome (no media availability). The team will practice Saturday at 9:00am and 5:00pm, and Sunday 8:30am, at the Calgary Soccer Centre. Fans are welcome to attend (note - the CSC requires vaccination or proof of negative test for entry for those over 12 years of age. Masks are required when inside the venue.)

The 2021 Roughnecks Training camp consists of 4 goalies, 15 defenders and 14 forwards.

Media availability with Mike Board, coaches and players at 11:10am and 4:40pm

Session 1: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Session 2: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 7 - On-Field Session

Media availability with Mike Board, coaches and players at 10:40am

The Roughnecks will play one pre-season game against the Vancouver Warriors on November 26th at the Scotiabank Saddledome. The Preview Party, presented by Royal LePage, features an extended Happy Hour and tickets starting from just $5. Ball drop is 7:00pm.
