FC Tulsa News Release

The Tulsa Roughnecks FC match scheduled to be played Saturday night with Saint Louis FC was postponed by severe weather in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

The match actually got underway, but 45 minutes late after a weather delay. The two teams played for only nine minutes before more lightning stopped the action. After a two-plus hour delay, the match was officially postponed.

The Saint Louis FC stadium was not available on Sunday, and a make up date for the match will be announced by the USL at a later date.

The Roughnecks will now return to action next Saturday, July 21, when they travel to face the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC. Kickoff in Colorado is scheduled for 7:00 p.m CDT. Tulsa's next home match will take place on Saturday, July 28 when the Roughnecks host Fresno FC at ONEOK Field.
