
Rosters Set For The Return Of Thunder Baseball Tomorrow

Trenton Thunder News Release
(Trenton, NJ)- The Trenton Thunder, Double A affiliate of the New York Yankees, will begin action on Tuesday as they face the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees in a preseason exhibition game. The annual "Media Day" will take place on Wednesday, April 2 on the field at Waterfront Park. Tentative team rosters can be accessed through the links above.
The schedule below outlines all the activities planned for the start of this historic 15th Season of Thunder baseball.
2008 Thunder Preseason Schedule:
April 1: Thunder vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees
Press Box Opens: 2:00 PM
Thunder Batting Practice: 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM
Scranton Batting Practice: 5:15 PM - 6:10 PM
Ceremony To Honor 2007 Eastern League Champions: 6:45 PM
National Anthem: 7:00 PM
First Pitch: 7:05 PM
April 3: Season Opener @ Binghamton Mets
Bus Leaves Waterfront Park: 9:00 AM
Thunder Batting Practice: 4:45 - 5:30 PM
First Pitch: 6:35 PM
April 10: Home Opener vs. Harrisburg Senators
Thunder Batting Practice: 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM
National Anthem: 7:00 PM
First Pitch: 7:05 PM
