Rocket Players Attend Minor Hockey Practices

In December the PEI Rocket announced that they had some dates available in their Player Appearance schedule and would be using this free time to attend local Minor Hockey Practices.
After making this announcement the Rocket received many requests by Minor Hockey Teams and we are happy to say that no request will go unanswered. We have players scheduled to fill all requests that we have received.
The Rocket started on Monday evening by attending 3 different minor Hockey Team Practices and will continue through-out this week before departing for Gatineau on Thursday. Upon their return the Rocket will continue their Player appearances at Minor Hockey practices throughout the month of January.
"Thank You to the PEI Rocket for attending our Practice last night. Our team benefited from this greatly. The Rocket Players interacted with the team very well, giving some great tips on hockey. This is a great Program and I hope you can continue to keep it going" said Cory Barlow, Technical Director for the Pownal Minor Hockey.
"This is a great way to get the Rocket involved in the community and interacting with the young Minor Hockey Players," said Serge Savard Jr. "Our players end up having as much fun as the kids, so it is a win-win situation," added Savard.
