Toronto Rock Face Rochester Friday

WHEN : Thursday, January 11

Practice - 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Media Availability - 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

WHERE : Toronto Rock Athletic Centre, 1132 Invicta Drive, Oakville

WHO : Toronto Rock players and coaching staff.

WHAT: The Toronto Rock (2-2) soundly defeated the Vancouver Stealth 24-7 on the weekend and will be looking to move above the .500 mark for the first time this season on Friday night when they play the Rochester Knighthawks (2-1) at Air Canada Centre. Thursday night's practice will be the team's regular weekly practice session leading up to Friday's game.
