
Rock of 80's Band to Kick off IceDogs Exhibition Game

On Friday, August 30, 2019 the Rock of 80's band is set to host a free pre-game concert before the Niagara IceDogs face the Barrie Colts in an exhibition game at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre in Port Colborne.
Pre-game concert starts at 5:30 p.m. and puck drops at 7 p.m.
"Our community was buzzing with excitement for the upcoming exhibition game as soon as it was released," said Mayor Bill Steele. "The pre-game concert is another aspect of the day that our community can be eager to PORTicipate in."
Tickets for the game can be purchased at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre Box Office, 550 Elizabeth Street or from an Executive Member of the Port Colborne Wave Girl's Minor Hockey team. Box Office hours are Mondays 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 5 - 9 p.m.; Tuesdays 3 - 9 p.m.; Wednesdays 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.; Thursdays 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 5 - 9 p.m.; Fridays 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; closed Saturdays.; Sundays 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Tickets are $10 each, General Admission.
Revenue from the exhibition game ticket sales will support the Port Colborne Wave Girl's Hockey Association. The girls' minor hockey program continues to grow with plans to add one or two teams for the upcoming 2019-2020 season. All costs associated with the exhibition game are covered by the Niagara IceDogs.
