Rochester Rhinos News Release
Rochester, NY - The Rochester Rhinos are gearing up for their first home game of the season this Saturday, April 23. With a new season comes new and exciting changes, including a new ticketing system that makes the fan experience easier and more affordable.
The Rhinos new ticketing system is through Etix. Etix is an international, web-based ticketing service provider that was founded sixteen years ago. Their values of service and simplicity will be seen by Rhinos fans this season as purchasing online tickets becomes both easier and more affordable.
The new system allows for easier navigation as fans can pick the exact seat they want. Fans can also select their delivery preference, including an option that emails the tickets directly to them. When purchasing tickets online, fans will see savings with lower service chargers, and a more user friendly experience. In addition to making the selection and purchase process easier, the site is also mobile friendly. Etix allows the Rhinos to increase their use of promotional codes for additional savings throughout the season that fans can look forward to through groups, sponsors, and marketing partners.
"It is important to Wendy and I to provide the best value and convenience to our supporters." said David Dworkin, owner of the team. "The new ticket agreement with Etix will ensure an easier ticket purchasing experience and allows us to significantly lower convenience and ticket processing fees, as one of our many upgrades to the fan experience"
Those interested in attending Saturday's game can experience the new enhanced ticketing experience for themselves by visiting the all new Rhinossoccer.com, where tickets are still available for the home opener. Gates will open at 3:30 p.m.
