Rochester RazorSharks: The RazorSharks advanced to the semifinals of the ABA Championship Playoffs with a 104-85 victory over the Atlanta Vision on Wednesday. The RazorSharks were led by guard Demond Stewart who finished with 19 points. Leading scorer and rebounder James Reaves suffered a bone bruise on his foot in Wednesday's win and is listed as a game time decision for Saturday's semifinal. RazorSharks forward Chris Carrawell has been named as one of the five finalists for the ABA's Player of the Year Award, which will be announced at the ABA Championship Game this Sunday, March 26. Including the playoffs, the RazorSharks have a four game winning streak and have won 21 or their last 22 games.

San Jose Skyrockets: The Skyrockets made it to the semifinal round thanks to exceptional outside shooting against the Bellingham Slam. San Jose sank 14 three-pointers and won the quarterfinal match-up 138-119. The win was San Jose's 16th in a row and moved their record to 31-5 on the season.

Radio: WHTK AM-1280 will carry all RazorSharks playoff games live, with Gene Battaglia handling the play-by-play and former Syracuse University great Roosevelt Bouie as the color analyst.

ABA Great Eight Schedule: The winner of the first semifinal between Rochester and San Jose will play the winner of the 2:30 semifinal game between the Strong Island Sound and the Southern California Legends. The ABA Championship game will be played on Sunday, March 26 at 2:00 p.m. at the Blue Cross Arena.

Tickets: Tickets for all the Great 8 action are on sale at the Arena box office, via phone by calling 232-1900 or on the internet at www.ticketmaster.com. Game day only, daily ticket costs: general admission $13.00, reserved seating $23.00, and courtside $50.00. All ticket prices include a $1.50 arena surcharge.
